- Handling of personal requests
- All employee requests should be handled in a timely manner
- Employees give positive feedback about our employee care function
- Team events are happening regularly and are well organised
- Own the recruitment process
- Own the on- and offboarding processes
- Create job descriptions and make them visible to prospects
- Research and manage recruitment channels
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process for prospects and managers
- Organize video calls, assessment tasks, pre-qualification calls
- Liaise with the prospects
- Hire great people in <3 months per position
