  • Take care of all HR related employee requests
  • Contribute to all activities that foster collaboration and team spirit
  • Handle equipment requests and stock

  • Benefit handling
  • Team events and weeks
  • Equipment handling
  • Handling of personal requests

Goals and Objectives

  • All employee requests should be handled in a timely manner
  • Employees give positive feedback about our employee care function
  • Team events are happening regularly and are well organised

Function: Recruitment

Responsibilities

  • Own the recruitment process
  • Own the on- and offboarding processes

Tasks

  • Create job descriptions and make them visible to prospects
  • Research and manage recruitment channels
  • Ensure a smooth recruitment process for prospects and managers
    • Organize video calls, assessment tasks, pre-qualification calls
    • Liaise with the prospects

  • Hire great people in <3 months per position
